Valley View Estate is a well developed society by the Ansals Group. Total of 16 towers in the society with all facilities like Supermarket, Groceries available in house. This is a 2 BHK with 1 room available. I stay in 1 room and am currently looking for a flat mate to share the apartment with. Total rent of the flat is 13,000 inclusive of maintainence. Electricity and power back up generator bill is extra. There is 100% power back up. ACs run on power back up! The apartment has marble flooring, excellent interiors and woodwork, modular kitchen, electric chimney etc. It is more or less completely furnished with TV, beds, fridge and little furniture (Sofa and Center Table). There are 2 ACs in the house, one in the hall and one in the bedroom that I use. Also, the room available for rent has an attached toilet/bathroom, double bed (no mattress, you will have to get your own), study table and good woodwork cupboards. Its basically ready to move in. My office is in Global Business Park on MG Road in Gurgaon. This is 9 kms from Valley View Estate. No traffic at all though.
