Our apartment in New Delhi’s Nizamuddin East faces a lovely park and is just two houses away from the South gate of Humayun’s Tomb. This is a secure gated colony with ample parking on the road in front. Ours is a beautiful apartment on the 2nd floor of an independent house. The entire apartment is flooded with natural light. It has a large, airy living and dining area with an open kitchen. All three bedrooms have attached bathrooms. The living room opens out onto a balcony and each bedroom has a small attached balcony. The entire roof is ours with a view of the tomb and makes for excellent barbecues and a sun deck. The apartment is fully equipped with 5 air conditioners, 1 in each room, and a back-up power inverter. There's 24hr broadband wireless access. There is a telephone in the apartment. This is a serviced apartment. We have an honest, dedicated and wonderful couple that keeps it clean and will be there to help you with laundry, babysitting and cooking during regulated hours. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, blender, fridge and a gas range. There is also an Aqua guard purification water system. It has all the pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, linen- everything you need to just move in. All utilities: phone, Internet and electricity are extra. All everyday maintenance, such as fused light bulbs, small leaks etc will be the responsibility of the tenant at their cost. Any breakage will be charged for. We have a strong preference for academics, journalists visiting India. Rental period can be anything from 3 months to 12 months with a starting date anytime after July 15th 2010.
